ABQ AfroFest 2018

April 21 - April 22

This festival will be a tribute that celebrates & embraces multiculturalism within Albuquerque and surrounding areas. AfroFest is a arts festival that celebrates and unifies the cultural cornerstones of African & African American culture through music, film, food, and art. We want it to be a safe space where everyone can get in touch with the music, free your mind, and enjoy the moment. With an array of performances, music, and food, we hope to shed more light on the afro-cultural presence in the area.

Ticket prices to be announced soon!

If you are interested in performing please reach out to, Leilani Stallings or Deandra Durham, or shoot an email to blacklivesmatterabq@gmail.com. Also, if you or your business are interested in participating or have any comments, concerns or questions, then please send them our way. The planning committee will be meeting in the next few upcoming weeks to brainstorm and get the ball rolling. If you are interested in joining please don’t hesitate to reach out.
